How to take: Choose which of the first four essences you would like to begin with. The essences Discernment and Solid Center/Peaceful Heart are to be taken along with each of the first four essences.
Take approximately 3-5 drops, 5 times a day, for one month.
After one month of daily use you may continue with this essence or choose another of the first four essences, again combining them with the essences Discernment and Solid Center/Peaceful Heart.
During this time, practice using the skill related to the essence to develop and understand the use of this skill.

Please repeat this procedure for each of the first four essences as many times as you wish. The degree and development of skills is personal and the time needed will vary.

Chi Mu - the Lemurian sea speaking: Lemuria lives in the hearts and minds of those who were there. Though her land lies within my embrace, my belly; her memories, her energy lives on. These essences are some of the most powerful and basic elements of her energies. The consciousness was high. Hearts and minds were open. Love, cooperation and deep, caring for one another were hallmarks of this time. Though her land mass is below my waters. Her energies, her memory and the unending support they can bring are still available to you now in these essences. Many of these essences come from the energies and intent of those who worked in the temples of the highest order. They come from the practices of those there - for these were the gatekeepers, the energy holders. These beings held the highest light and manifestation of Lemuria. It is with love they come to you now.

A Priestess of the Lemurian Temples speaking: In the temples we held the energy of unity the consciousness of One. All were considered in decisions and undertakings. Action was in harmony, consensus and co-creation; always for the betterment of and in the consideration of the whole. We had raised our vibrations so that we could consciously create; co-creating with spirit and the higher forces of energy and consciousness. This is why our lives were so abundant in resources and food. We had a lush, fertile abundant existence. We also held within the temple the sacred seeds of all potentials, of all the beginnings, of all time. This had great power as it emitted strong positive energies. It also was a reminder to us of all possible choices and outcomes and to be clear in ours. Our work was to develop our wholeness within and without, personally and to assist all others in theirs. As the greater population created inner wholeness and a strong connection to spirit and the One, harmony and grace were natural. Each being then willingly and joyfully contributed to the whole, truly co-creating a heavenly existence.

Our intention, our daily practices and our ceremonies aided in this. We were able to see the transformation of matter into light and a few of us mastered this practice of developing our lightbodies. The intent of moving into our lightbody (ascension) is to become so clear, so filled with love, so filled with light that our vibrations raise and we literally become a higher vibration than matter. We literally begin to vibrate at the speed of light. It is an amazing gift, to feel, to see, to become. It raises the energy and vibration of place so all benefit. This is the crowning glory. To transcend the laws of matter, becoming light and manifesting light and love for all.

“Dolphins were created through mental energy to put all the teachings of Lemuria into the genetic code of these animals. This was done to preserve the teachings of Lemuria for the human race in the future. This is why there is increased interest in studying dolphins today. At the level of the collective consciousness people intuitively understood there is much to learn from dolphins. Studies to establish communication with dolphins have already begun. In the coming years we will again learn how to have direct communication with the dolphins and learn how to tap into their genetic code to release the teachings of Lemuria. This may also be done in conjunction with reestablishing the universal language on the planet.”

Clairaudience is perception of messages in thought forms. To hear thoughts and messages from unseen beings. It is the development of a heightened sensitivity to hearing.

You may actually hear spirits talking or singing in your head but there is no auditory sounds. You may become aware of messages given in this manner, such as a warning in your mind during a time of crisis.

This is a person who will pick up a thought and just knows it. This person is sensitive to precognition and has hunches, dreams and knowings and this person usually deals with the future or present and how it will affect another. They have the ability of prediction because they 'just know' and can tune into and understand their hunches.

A Clairsentient can also pick up a thought and transform it immediately into a feeling.
Their sense of touch is well-developed and they have the ability to know people by feeling what they feel.

A Clairsentient is someone who can develop the ability to practice psychometry, which is to put something belonging to someone in their hand and read the energy.
Depending on their other gifts, they could tell the past, present or future from the energy. They have the ability to feel how others feel but only on the emotional level. They will be able to not only empathise but experience their pain, loss, grief etc.

For developing the power of clear seeing beyond the five senses we normally use. To see in the invisible (to the physical vision) worlds. Sometimes this can look like a quick movement of white, purple or blue light or seeing shadows in the periphery of your field of vision.

The ability to transform a thought into a vision, symbol, images or in colour by using your mind's eye.
