Angelic Essences Newsletter-November, December 2007 Hello! It is with an open heart and much gratitude that I write to you. It has been an amazing year. One that took me from the depths of raw vulnerability to fullness of heart and deep peace. I hope your journey this year has been fulfilling and met your hearts desire. As we approach Thanksgiving and the Holiday Season, the realization that this year will be passing soon is in my awareness. There have been gifts that have come this year that I have yet to share and wish to take the time to do so now. New Essences: In the Heart of this year, in the Heart of our planet, in the Heart of an island, in the Heart of the Ocean, I was directed to go and make essences. As often is the case I was shown a vision of where this was to take place. A shaft of light directed me to this particular location. There was an image of a road to turn down (a road with tall grass on each side- hardly a unique marker) and I was to find this. Fortunately my inner directional system was working pretty well with this task and I was able to find the location. Once there, I understood the meaning and importance of this place. It truly carried the energy of the Heart, the Heart of the Earth, the Heart of All. Here were made the four essences that make up the kit 'The Heart of All', also known as 'Loving Beyond Measure'. I am so happy to present these to you now as it is through Love and our Hearts that lasting change, deep healing, and peace occurs. This is what I wish for each person, for our planet and all who dwell on her. Of course these essences bring much more than my words can describe. I will do my best to share within the limited capacity of my filters and language. Please let your heart and inner knowing guide you in connecting with their more full description. The Heart of All - Loving Beyond Measure This essence series is to open and heal the heart. As our hearts open peace, joy, connection and appreciation of all of life is increased. 1. The Heart of Hearts - For connecting to the Universal Heart; the Heart within the Source of ALL. 2. The Heart of Wholeness - The Heart that is whole, complete, healed. The Heart that has been wounded becomes whole. 3. The Heart of Transcendence - The Heart transcends personal relationship love, expanding to deep, Universal Love. 4. Heart Light - The Heart is expanding, filling with light. "A Light Heart", which is open, full, complete, joyous. I hope that if you feel drawn to these essences that you gift yourself and others with their loving and healing energies. It is my desire that they serve you as they have me and others who have used them. ~~~~~~~~~~~ Pendants: Since the introduction of our pendants earlier this year, we have continued to hear wonderful stories and expressions of gratitude for the experiences people have had in wearing their custom essences in these beautiful vessels. These continue to sell very well and we are getting more and more orders for these as gifts. It is a reminder for me that these pendants are not only beautiful as gifts, but supports those we love energetically on all levels of emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well-being. With the holiday season approaching this may be a very special, personal, supportive and healing gift for someone you love - including yourself! ~~~~~~~~~ Sprays: The introduction this year of a 2 oz. spray bottle has been met with appreciation and enthusiasm. The smaller size makes them easy to travel with. I use mine to clear the energy in hotel rooms and to spray around myself if I have been out in crowds. It always feels wonderful. They also make wonderful gifts. When I travel I enjoy bringing gifts and find the sprays are particularly nice because people do not have to know about or understand essences in order to experience and enjoy the benefits of them. Each time I see someone use one of our sprays, their energy brightens and the joy that fills their face touches my heart. We will be available to answer questions and to support you in your choices. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ On a more personal note, this year has brought more fully to my attention the importance of caring for myself. My tendency, as is the tendency of many others, is to care for others first. Caring for others brings me joy, so this is not a hardship, it is just that I have not always put myself in the equation. During my time in Bali, I was able to experience being nurtured physically and attending to my physical needs in ways I have not before. It showed me what I have been missing and the importance in considering myself in my daily choices. Though I have known this intellectually, this visceral experience brought me a deeper knowing. What I find too is that those that love me celebrate when I care for myself and that I am not taking anything from anyone in doing so. What I am finding is that when I care for myself I have more to give and can be present more fully to life. This is my ongoing learning edge. I share this as maybe it will resonate with some of you. I invite you too to care more fully for yourself especially this holiday season and coming year. You are valued and valuable. Please care for yourself as the treasure that you are. It is with great excitement and joy that I announce the offering of Angelic Essences Pendants. Their creation has been a process of love and appreciation. It was particularly satisfying to hear of people's experiences with their pendants. Each person that spoke to me about their pendant shared experiences that indicated the essences were providing powerful support. Some stories referred to feeling positive changes in emotionally difficult situations with relatives. Someone experienced an improvement with work relationships. People that wore their pendants in the week between my first and last workshops in Japan expressed feelings of peace and openheartedness. There were more stories and I wish I could remember them all to share with you now. There is a noticeable difference in how I feel and experience my life. Some of what I have noticed is feeling more happiness, more internal serenity and ease. I feel my day flow with less stress and effort. I experience greater ease in my thoughts and more consistent energy. Sometimes if I have jumped into my day and forgotten to put it on I can feel a difference. Placing it on at these times is like entering a soothing energy field. I feel relief and support. This June, on the Summer Solstice, our employees, Hoberly and Chrystal got married. Congratulations! My trip to Japan was wonderful in all ways! I was touched and inspired by the many stories people shared with me about their experiences and the effects of Angelic EssencesĒ. The open-heartedness of the participants and all the people I connected with was most appreciated. It is such a gift for me to be present to the many people that come to my workshops and presentations. I am so grateful for their presence to life and for their desire and willingness to heal, grow, and become more conscious. I am honored to have this time with them. Repeatedly I have been asked to write about the experiences I have had. At some point I hope to add a Diary or Log section to our site where I can share more about these and many people I meet. So much continues on the planet and some days the energy feels as if it is whipping me around. Fortunately I have been blessed with the gifts of Angelic EssencesĒ and in the last few months have had experiences that have brought me an increased appreciation and gratitude for them. Last year I went through a process that some named as a death; a death of personality, of ego. I reassessed and let go of many beliefs, becoming empty and living moment to moment in the unknown. My main response to a lot of life's questions and events became "I donÕt know". I really did not know as I could not hold on to the old and the new had not been formed. The beginning of this year has held a completion of this process. I feel much more solid in a new way and excited and open to a new way of experiencing life. From this place I am happy to expand my teaching schedule as well as what I offer. In the office Hoberly and Chrystal have expanded their roles and are contributing wonderful energy, intention and enthusiasm to the work. I feel blessed to have them take over many of the tasks involved in running the office so I can focus on my ever-expanding role with Angelic EssencesĒ and the transformation occurring on the planet. My name is Chrystal and I am very delighted to be a new part of Angelic Essences. I want to share with you my wonderful experiences with not only taking the Angelic Essences, also the energy high that I get from being around them as I work. There are days when I too feel out of balance, yet just by sitting near the Angelic Essences while I work, I feel a huge shift in my energy and I also notice my thoughts have shifted to a higher vibration as well. During this time she will be making new essences which we will be delighted to share with you, for new energies will be then be available to create essences that will be very special.~ Our offices will be open during this time to continue to serve you. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Winter 2005 Newsletter EARTH EVENTS As most of you know, there has been a large earthquake in the Indian Ocean and resulting tsunami in Asia that has resulted in many beings leaving the physical and great upheaval in the region. Even though this event is seemingly many miles away, its effects are touching all our lives. As co-inhabitants on this planet we are all affected by the events on earth. This event as well as the mud slides in California are opening people's hearts and stimulating compassion within. This compassion and heart opening is powerful in its effect. It is through this that positive change occurs. What has happened is part of a rebalancing of the earth. Just as we have spoken of the shift from our 3rd dimensional physical bodies into our 5th dimensional light bodies that we as humans have the opportunity to take; so moves the earth. In the last few years many of you may have felt the physical changes and challenges as your body shifted in order to hold more light. For some it manifested as a detox; clearing the physical and emotional bodies of density. It has been very uncomfortable at times and yet the resulting benefits are great. We are going through the steps to become lighter on all levels in order to move into the light. The earth too is moving into her light body. She has been detoxing and rebalancing as we have, and is physically going through the changes necessary for her movement into her light body. This cannot be stopped nor do I think we would want to stop this if we could see the big picture. We know from our personal processes that we can do things to support the process and create greater ease, or we can resist and create more suffering and possibly lengthen the process. We are at choice how we move through these times and have the opportunity to support the earth's growth and evolution and therefore our own. As inhabitants of earth, we have an effect on the earth and she on us. Our choices can bring greater ease and support to what is occurring through our own consciousness, our own lives and choices. There was to be another huge earth event by now and due to people's hearts opening, the compassion coming forth, the need for this has lessened. This does not mean there will not be more earth events. There will be. It is that we can have a direct effect on their intensity. YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE Many people are donating relief funds. Many are sending prayers. The choices we make to be in service and especially the energy behind our choices are important. What many people forget is the powerful effect that our personal lives hold. It is important to address and clear up our own lives and habits in order to assist others, even those on the other side of the world. Our personal habits, choices and consciousness have a huge impact on events that happen globally. Please become aware and make a conscious choice to: 1. Make healthy, life enhancing choices. Making choices that support
health, harmony and balance in one's life creates greater connection
to one's self and one's source. More energy, joy and connection
with oneself are some of the results of this. EFFECTS OF THESE EVENTS We have been told of the earth changes coming for many years. They are now here. Those of you who are sensitive may be physically feeling what is occurring. People describe feelings of nausea, of dizziness, of headaches, extreme tiredness, of feeling like crying, or feeling like jumping out of your skin. The ways we experience what is going on will be unique for each of us. These experiences are a reminder that we are all connected. There have been times I have felt so sick due to the earth shifts, I have sat with spirit to ask for clarity and advice. They reminded me to take Angelic Essences. Oh yeah. In all that has occurred, I had forgotten the resources before me. As soon as I began taking them, joy filled my heart and I began to feel much lighter and better. I am not even sure if there are any essences in particular I would recommend as I noticed that all of them raise my vibration and this lifts me from the mire of drama and pain. As I reflect on the essences to take next, I am looking at those that will support me during these earth changes and shifts and also those that bring me greater joy and grace. I encourage you to find those that resonate with your experiences and desires. Raising our vibration appears to be key. Staying grounded and letting the energies pass with ease and grace helps. I will keep some of the previous recommendations at the end of this page for you to consider. It is becoming clear to me that these earth changes will be going on for some time and that I want to find a way to live harmoniously in this process for the long term. I see this as an opportunity for me to keep my heart open and myself grounded and balanced in the midst of discomfort and large scale change. I encourage each of you to find what works for you. WATER The large scale events lately have focused on water; the tsunami, flooding, large amounts of rain and snowfall. Water is purifying. Carl Jung says water represents our emotions. Things we can ask ourselves: Are there emotions I am not owning? Are there emotions that are calling to be heard and healed? The U.N. has named the year 2005 as the beginning of the decade of water. We are becoming aware of the power of water, the transforming nature of water, and the need we have for water on all levels. Water is a powerful teacher. It makes up between 70% and 90% of our bodies. It also makes up a large portion of our planet. As Dr. Emoto's work with water crystals shows, water carries consciousness. Our thoughts and words and vibrations have a direct effect on water. We are powerful transformers and can have a huge impact on the water and the earth changes that are occurring. As creators and co-creators of these times, I would like to share some ideas that I think could help the water situation greatly. following as a guideline for purifying the water. You can add the following intentions to water that you personally

in Liechtenstein Love and Thanks to Water Ceremony in Liechtenstein Hello, What is Happening? Many of you have probably noticed that things have felt pretty hard lately. We are in the midst of some influences that are creating challenges and opportunities. Boy, don't you love how "challenges and opportunities" seem to come together. A new Gateway has opened that has put us deeper into our "stuff". For a long time many of us have been developing spiritually and now we are reaching back so to speak to bring our bodies along. The gift and opportunity of this time, that we have been told has not been present before on earth, is we can bring our bodies with us into the higher dimensions. Some call this process ascension. This takes some adjusting, for in order to bring our bodies with us we are connecting with and clearing the density that our bodies have been carrying. Listening to others there seems to be some shared experiences. Though we each will experience and feel things uniquely. Some people will and have had bouts of depression. Some are experiencing more fear and duality. I have personally noticed a revisiting of some old emotional and thought patterns. Some people have more physical experiences. Many people have shared having feelings of being very tired and needing to sleep more. People have shared with me experiences of headaches; a few people have had toothaches. I personally know 3 people who have had major heart problems come up in the last month. I have two immediate family members who are scheduled for major surgery within the next month. People's cars are breaking down. People have shared with me stories of their homes flooding. One person had a fire. There are major natural earth challenges with hurricanes, storms, earthquakes, active volcanoes, etc. In short there is quite a bit going on. What to do? First, I think it is important to take care of yourself during these changes. Take essences, rest, drink lots of water and get the support you need from friends, families, and professionals. Remember: This too will pass! I highly recommend the Future Energies Kit (also known as the Lightworkers Support Kit). They have helped many, including myself, immensely. I blend these into a dropper bottle and take them throughout the day. They are amazing in how they adjust to the current energies and support us on multiple levels. For me it is time to clear. Clear my body and my home. Our homes and cars represent our bodies. If something goes awry in one it is a reflection of the other. This perspective offers great opportunity to resolve things before they make a strong presence in our physical bodies. I have felt more dense energy when I go out than I have in years. As I was told, since I want to move into oneness, I must embrace it ALL. I am addressing the density that still lies within me and clearing, clearing, clearing. I highly recommend this, though you may find strong pulls to do other things as well. Looking into what can support this clearing, I have found that Stimulation for removing energy blocks in my body is helpful. I also love Letting Go, as there is so much to release emotionally, physically and spiritually and this brings greater ease to this process. Crystal Clear brings clearing on all levels. Some of the experiences many are having, as we clear our body of density is detoxing. I went through two months of almost immobilizing detox last spring. A customer, who is well versed in our Shamanic/Animal essences, shared with me how certain animal essences are powerful support for detoxing. These are animals that tear down structures or are scavenger eaters. As we move into higher vibrations, we will be clearing the old toxins and dense energies in our bodies and these animals can be of great service. Some that come to mind are Maggot, Termite, Turkey Buzzard, Vulture, Ant, and Hyena. She shared with me the following affirmation to say when taking these essences. "I easily release what I no longer need." You can create an affirmation along these lines that resonates for you. I have been taking Termite essence lately during a detox and it has helped me immensely. Thank you to Evelyn for this information. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Since many are experiencing emotional as well as physical clearing, we have found that the Angelic essences work well to support our releasing old emotional patterns and imprints. Some of these are: Healing the Heart of the Soul, for healing/clearing lifetimes of heart pain. Freedom from Fear, to support us by relieving us from the experience of fear as it comes up (and it seems to be coming up for many now). Of course the essence Emotional Component of the Future Energies was made for this kind of support. A few others spirit has recommended are: Solid Center/Peaceful Heart, for grounding. Ak Mar Sant-Gracious Undertakings for harmony and grace. The Heart of Mary Magdalene essence and the Christ essence, deeply heal the heart and emotions. Sweetness brings sweetness to any experience that feels hard. Joyful Expansion assists in bringing the energies of Joy to these challenging times. It is recommended to practice mindful awareness when old emotional patterns, thoughts, and scripts come up. This is a practice of noticing without judging. How this works is when I notice the presence of a strong feeling or thought pattern (that usually takes me to a place where I don't feel good), instead of resisting it, I just notice it and saying to myself "how interesting, there is that old thought/feeling/belief etc. This no longer serves me so I can just watch it and let it go". Then let it go! Even if you still have the feelings, don't pay attention to them. They will pass. It is amazing to see how these old feelings, thoughts and scripts don't stay around when I choose to not engage with them. By noticing and acknowledging it, it no longer has power. We can now choose our next thought, our next experience. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Since returning from Liechtenstein, I asked spirit about further raising the vibration of my body, as I thought this might help my tiredness. I was reminded of the Enlightenment Kit, which was created to support the physical body in making the necessary changes to move into light. This is very important at this time. Our bodies need a great deal of support to make these changes. The Enlightenment Kit essences can greatly serve us. Raising our vibrations and clearing any density we carry work together. They support one another. As I focus on continuing to raise my vibration I experience more joy even in the midst of this clearing. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ NEW ESSENCES: We have new essences to introduce since our last newsletter. I have been taking them regularly and they have brought incredible support to me. The experiences I am having with them affirm to me that the timing of each essence made is perfect. Please check them out. They have been a gift to me. Archangel Michael: Archangel Michael protects and serves through his clear strong presence. He strengthens our spirits. He brings clarity and perspective. He offers guidance and ease in releasing that which we no longer need and no longer serves. He grants miracles. He is a powerful and loving ally, working closely with us on the earth plane. Archangel Michael Essence brings to us the qualities, teachings and gifts of Archangel Michael and supports the manifestation of them in our lives. He is helping me to cut away that which no longer serves. He is clear, strong and detached. He brings me perspective, guidance and ease in releasing. I am sure his presence brings more gifts than I know to mention. Christ: Christ essence supports experiencing the consciousness, awareness and teachings of Christ. The Christ energy brings healing, compassion, and unconditional love to all. Quan Yin or Kwan Yin: Quan Yin is the embodiment of compassionate loving kindness and mercy. She brings healing, compassion, love, gentle strength. Her energies and love are boundless. Quan Yin Essence brings to those who use it the qualities, teachings, attributes and healing offered by the Goddess Quan Yin. By taking this essence you can experience her gifts, teachings, and healing; and cultivate her qualities through the energies offered. Let her support you and all you love with her limitless love and compassion. Shamanic/Animal Essences: Since our last newsletter we have added quite a few new animal essences to our listing and will continue to add more animals within the next couple of weeks. I will be offering two workshops. Please contact us for further information. On November 21, 2004 is an all day workshop on Raising Your Vibration ~ for Thriving in Our Current and Future Times. In this workshop we will learn ways to raise our vibration. I will introduce practical tools and techniques for thriving in today's world of stress and change. We will learn about Angelic EssencesĒ and their role in raising vibration, practical applications, healing techniques, using sacred geometrics, connecting to Spiritual Helpers and Teachers and more; for experiencing greater satisfaction, peace, joy and love in your life. On November 23, 2004 I will be offering an evening titled Connecting to your Angels and Spiritual Helpers. This evening will focus on introducing our Angels and Spiritual helpers. We will learn who they are, their roles and gifts and how to develop an ongoing connection with them. We will have an opportunity to meet our personal Angel and learn about essences and methods to help us continue to connect with these helpers. Spirit says things are due to lighten by December and those not experiencing these energies strongly now will soon. We all will be passing through this, some more consciously than others. What we are doing now is preparation for next year and our next steps. I am grateful for the powerful, positive difference the essences are making now. I continue to be grateful for your stories and sharing of experiences with them. For this meets my needs for connection and knowing that I am making a positive contribution to your quality of life. Please continue to send them. I encourage you to find the essences that speak to you and your current experiences, and to blend them. We offer empty dropper bottles for this. By placing a few drops of each essence into the dropper bottle then filling it with distilled or purified water, you can create your own blend and have your original essence bottle last much longer. This way you can create custom blends for yourselves and others. I love working this way as it is also much easier to have all of my essences in one bottle that I can carry with me, put into my water bottles, bath, spray in my house and car, etc. I have shared many essences with you in this newsletter. Spirit has spoken about the importance of releasing duality and encourages us to not polarize regarding the impending election. It is a time of strong feelings and valid concerns. Hello! We have been very busy here at Angelic EssencesĒ and have some wonderful new essences to share with you. The Heart of Mary Magdalene We are happy to announce the availability of the essence The Heart of Mary Magdalene. This is a powerful essence filled with the knowledge and vibration of Mary Magdalene encoded within it. When it was made I was told the following: The Heart of Mary Magdalene~is beyond what we can comprehend at this time. It is the Sacred Heart. The heart of all hearts. The heart beyond our hearts. All encompassing. All wisdom. All knowing. All compassion. All love. I originally made this essence 6 years ago and pulled it out to give a friend for her birthday. I was then told to remake it as in the last 6 years new frequencies and new information have become available to be included in this essence. This new essence now has the ability to continue to update itself, carrying the latest information and frequencies and available. I was told to take this essence for 50 days. I have never been told to take an essence for so long a period. As I took it layers of information were revealed. I began to gain a glimpse into the magnitude of the consciousness and teachings that Mary Magdalene holds. This is an essence that I will personally continue to revisit as it takes me further and deeper each time I work with it. I invite you to join the journey of heightened consciousness, knowledge and love. May it bring many blessings to those that work with it. Sacred Union This essence carries the energies of the Sacred Union shared between Christ and Mary Magdalene and the energies present in the sacred unions of Krishna and Rada and others. It marries the male and female within at the highest level of consciousness. This essence supports all unions within and without, bringing them to their highest manifestation. It is a wonderful companion essence to The Heart of Mary Magdalene. Lemurian Essences These essences are a delight! I have been working with these for a while and they are some of my favorites. These essences were made at the Lemurian Sea with the assistance of the Spinner Dolphins and beings of the highest light. I think the Lemurian Sea sums it up well. Chi Mu - the Lemurian sea speaking: Lemuria lives in the hearts and minds of those who were there. Though her land lies within my embrace, my belly; her memories, her energy lives on. These essences are some of the most powerful and basic elements of her energies. The consciousness was high. Hearts and minds were open. Love, cooperation and deep, caring for one another were hallmarks of this time. Though her land mass is below my waters. Her energies, her memory and the unending support they can bring are still available to you now in these essences. Many of these essences come from the energies and intent of those who worked in the temples of the highest order. They come from the practices of those there - for these were the gatekeepers, the energy holders. These beings held the highest light and manifestation of Lemuria. It is with love they come to you now. The response to these essences has been wonderful. One of our customers has wrote: I am so excited about sharing my experience with Wholeness, the Lemurian Essence, because I feel that others can be blessed with well-being as I have been. I take Freedom from Fear or other essences for specific issues or situations and later on I take Wholeness and it acts as a catalyst to synergize the other essences into a picture of total well-being mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. It is important and powerful information he is bringing to us now and I highly recommend checking out this section and his books. Liechtenstein Dr. Emoto has asked me to join him at his new offices in Liechtenstein this July and to assist him in his seminar and ceremony there. I am excited and happy to join him, his lovely wife Kazuko, and his Secretary-General, Yasuyuki Nemoto. Last July they invited me to join them at the Sea of Galilee in Israel, where I made the essence Love and Thanks to Water. I also had the opportunity to travel with them in April when they were in Arizona. I enjoyed deepening our friendship and witnessing the birth of the events to occur in Liechtenstein. I am looking forward to traveling with them again, participating in the healing of our planets water, and making more essences.
